To setup Delegates in SHARE secure mail: 

Must be logged into the mailbox that you want to grant delegate rights to.  (usually not your account).

See attached for exact steps in completing.  

 

 

Once delegation is set up.  User logs into their account and can toggle between their account and the delegated account using the black KANA bar. See below:
